FunctionalFit

Exercise Type: moderate impact, high intensity

Every class is different and anything goes! In this 45 minute class, you’ll never really know what to expect, besides a really good sweat! Using a mixture of different training styles and formats, you’ll be sure to get a fun and exciting full body workout everytime! 

ForceFit

Exercise Type: Strength (low impact, low intensity)

Not a cardio fan but love group training? Want to build muscle and learn new techniques to transfer to your own training? This class is for you! A 45 minute class focused on technique compound strength, mobility and stretch accessories, to build your muscles and your brain. You will be using your own bodyweight, resistance bands, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and sandbags. 

Friday Express

Exercise Type: High impact, high intensity

 

 

A short and sweet 30 minute class to start the weekend right! This will be a full body conditioning workout using a range of different equipment. This class is scheduled a little earlier to get you into weekend mode as soon as possible! (5.15pm – 5.45pm) 

FlashFit

Exercise Type: HIIT/Circuit 

Intensity: High impact, high intensity

This 45 Minute class is a high intesnsity interval style workout, focusing on getting the heart rate up and working to your maximum effort. Workouts are structured into rounds, circuits or set, working in short blocks from 30 seconds, up to 3 minutes at a time. The equipment used includes barbells, kettlebells, plates, step blocks, medicine balls and body weight exercises. The aim of this class is to work on short and explosive movements to improvement speed, strength, agility and power.

 

Beginner Yoga

A simple flow yoga set at a beginner-friendly pace. Good for everyone!

Flow Yoga

A flowing style of yoga where the poses smoothly run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. A great gentle energizing stretch!

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a generic term that refers to any type of yoga that teaches physical postures. You will get a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. You probably won’t work up a sweat in a hatha yoga class, but you should end up leaving class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed

Vinyasa Yoga

A strong flow class to burn calories, tone, strengthen, detox your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. 

The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a Vinyasa Yoga class will challenge you to step up to your edge and realise your authentic personal power.

Zumba Fitness

Zumba® Step combines the awesome toning and strengthening power of step aerobics with a fun fitness-party vibe. The routines are a medium pace combination of stepping and dance-based moves that increase cardio and calorie burning, and that define and sculpt your core, arms and legs.

Crank is our cycling class. Our Crank classes range in intensity and duration. The sessions available will include time-based challenges, distance, wattage, pursuits as well as team racing.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility and aiding healing while stimulating the nadis or meridians to loosen energetic blockages and increase energy flow

Fine for beginners or frequent yoga participants.

FightFit

 

Intensity: Moderate impact, moderate-high intensity

Please note: boxing wraps and gloves are provided, but it’s preferred that you bring your own if you have them.

A great mid week stress reliever! This boxing class runs for 45 minutes and includes focus-pad partner work and individual bad work, along with cardio and core work to give you an energised workout. In warmer months you will quite often get to train out in the sun. Please note we can provide wraps and gloves, however we highly recommend bringing you own.
